Nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel shuttle was prompt and free. Room was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view.
The location was about a thirty dollar cab ride from the restaurant we went to and also far from the show we went to. However very close to mall.

Friendly staff, off to the side of main road, nice relaxing lobby,great getaway from the kids, comfortable beds, great hotel!
I wanted to use the spa amenities, particularly the jacuzzi. The only Jacuzzi is outside. We would've preferred it next to sauna and steam room.
Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, near great restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

Fantastic hotel and service. Valet parking only at $35/night. About a mile away from Beverly Hills shops. I would happily return.
